What is the need for corporate visibility and communication in today's era?
In today's age, where information and technology are making leaps and bounds, proper corporate visibility is considered absolutely necessary. and I mention correct, because businesses should take into account that the recipient - their audience is a judge who, among other things, has to see and evaluate many similar businesses, so the correct tasteful and professional positioning of them on social media is considered imperative.

Butterfly Stories Food Management & Food Marketing was created in my mind when in my 1st job of 22 years, in the hotel Capsis Out of the Blue, where I was introduced to the catering industry, with over 4 A La Carte restaurants and a main restaurant I realized that there was a big gap between catering services and promotion, I worked there for 3 years and at the age of 25 I created Butterfly Stories Food Management & Food Marketing a pioneering company in the field that provides exclusively integrated promotion and advertising services for catering establishments and food products. In these 7 years we have worked on more than 60 projects with active destinations serving Crete, Mykonos, Santorini and Cyprus.
What is the modern culinary concept in business?
Those of us who work in catering and gastronomy believe that there is a lot of room for development, but in the last 2 years it seems that some more complete jobs are being done. The purpose is for the customer as the final recipient to receive his visit as one complete experience, which includes the space, meal preparation, materials, textures, catalogs, place settings, corporate web presence, staff and all additional services that should be properly designed tending to a special, unique experience.
What added value do promotion specialists bring to the economy?
A collective culinary identity that the visitor experiences upgrades the image both the business and the region as a whole, giving a special experience, for the island, for the place and the general economy. Every single completed job adds to the overall picture of the country. That is where our services are aimed. In the development, strengthening and promotion of each business, giving its product an added value.
What is the design of "Butterfly Stories Food Management & Food Marketing", in the decade we are going through?
From the beginning of the Butterfly Stories Food Management & Food Marketing was intended to evolve catering businesses, yes highlight the culinary identity and to contribute to a holistic development her. Staying true to our vision we constantly evolve the services we add new ones like the service Food Styling by Butterfly Stories which is an extremely special job since it highlights each product in its best possible form! For the next few years we have set some goals that we believe we will be able to present by September.
